My Story
I built Aduke
because the gap
was too important
to ignore.
After more than a decade inside Fortune 500 companies, including a social media company where I built their first change management function from scratch and a global consulting firm where I partnered with CHROs and C-suite leaders on digital transformation, I kept seeing the same pattern.
Organizations would invest heavily in new technology, build out the strategy, announce the change, and then wonder why adoption stalled. The answer was almost always the same: they planned for the system and forgot about the people.
I started Aduke Ventures because I wanted to work on the problem that actually matters. AI transformation and workforce transformation are the same problem. I help organizations solve both at once.
The name Aduke comes from my Yoruba heritage. It means "one who is cared for by all" and it reflects what I believe the best workplaces can be. Places where people are seen, supported, and set up to succeed, even in the middle of massive change.
HOW I THINK

Most transformation initiatives fail not because the strategy was wrong, but because the people side was treated as an afterthought. My job is to make sure that doesn't happen.
Adoption is a product. If your people aren't using the tools, the rollout didn't work. Full stop.
Strategy has to match workflow reality. The best transformation plans are built from the ground up, not handed down.
Capability beats hype. A workforce that truly understands how to work alongside AI is worth more than any single tool rollout.
Clarity at the top is non-negotiable. If leadership can't explain it simply, it won't scale.
