The Story Behind Aduke Ventures

Aduke Ventures was born from a question I kept asking: What if transformation felt more human?

I created this firm to challenge the idea that strategy and empathy can’t coexist. That innovation must be cold. That change has to feel disruptive.

I’ve led reorgs, AI rollouts, and system redesigns, and in every engagement, I found myself acting as the bridge: between leadership and frontline teams, between vision and execution, between what’s next and what’s real.
